San Diego International Airport is a single runway airport and it remains busy throughout the year. The San Diego Regional Airport Authority manages the airport. American Airlines, Delta Air lines and Southwest Airlines flights are among the most frequent airline companies which have flights here. San Diego International Airport must follow the rule of noise curfew. Actually it is situated in a populated zone. Hence, all flight departures are allowed from 6:30am to 11:30pm and after that a heavy fine is levied on the flights which seek permission to fly.

The departure procedures at the airport include Peble Three, Border Live, Poggi Two (RNAV) and Lnsay Two. Special take off minimums and departure procedures are applied to all these. Special parking facilities for disabled are also provided at the airport. At all the parking lots, disabled facilities are available. Separate spaces with special amenities can be found close to the skybridge elevators. Amenities are also provided at the entrance points. For more information, you can contact the Parking Information center. Airport security personnel patrol the parking lots. San Diego International Airport does not permit parking at the curbside. You may be fined if caught.
